The symptoms of father's day. . .

(by the way it was fathers day on the 6th of September for Australians)
It worries you,
You wonder what to do,
You wonder if it would be okay to ask what your father wants for father's day,
But that might spoil his day, and it might spoil...your reputation,
You have to do what you think is right,
But the question is:
What do you think is right?
You could buy him something. . . and,
he would probably like that,
you could make him something,
and he would probably look at it for a few seconds and say it was very nice. . .
but. . .
you would be able to see the truth inside his voice-box, and his mind,
you know what. . .
I made my dad something,
he said it was great,
and he looked at it for. . . say, possibly a minute,
now I've confused you,
now. . . you're back to the start,
you can't get away with not giving anything,
except if you're about. . . 4 years old,
you're at the the end of this post,
but you're back at square, and you're at the very beginning of confusion. . . (hopefully)
